Andi Lew Super Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 Cups Beyond Coconut Water (find out more at beyondcoconutwater.com)
2 Cups Spinach
1/2 Mango
2 tb spoon raw protein powder
2 scoops Coconut Ice Cream
Handful goji berries
2 tb passionfruit

Method:

  1. Put Coconut Water, spinach, mango, protein powder and ice cream in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Scatter goji berries and passionfruit on top
